"I’ve been trying to find a cool way to display my belts or even one I can purchase. Most are very plain that don’t have that wow factor. Anyone who has cool ideas or links?"
A friend carved this for me

"Honestly I find simplicity comforting."
Very nice & satisfying. Did you buy it or make it yourself?

Got a frame from Michael’s. I chopped the belts off, and bought a $5 black belt for the shrine.

I tried to wrap the tree in the front yard with a gi and my belts and hang the medals like ornaments but my wife wouldn’t allow it for some reason. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is one I made recently, it was fairly inexpensive to make

To clarify when I say "made" I mean I spent £15 on a shadow frame and mounted the belts inside it. I did not make the frame 😂

I had to change the way I had my belts displayed. My folded brown belt was too thick for the shadow box. I don’t like this as much, but still think it looks ok. I got a gently used black for the center. I couldn’t bring myself to put the awarded black on display once I found out how much it cost my coach.

Anthony, I would proudly display Jonah's dispute on there for a laugh. LOL

Missed opportunity.

Very nice! That's similar to the way I had it except vertical, but my brown belt was too think when folded. I didn't want to spend the money on a new shadow box. I do prefer it the way you have it though. :)

You guys are giving me some great ideas. I currently just have my old belts stacked between some medals displayed on my wall.

My dad recently retired and has a lot of time on his hands.
He surprised me with this shadow box today.
I put my belts and some old patches from supporters of my journey that are sadly no longer with us.
