I have been interested in BJJ for a while and had actively started looking for an academy to start my journey in 2020. But as with everyone else the global pandemic put a 2 year pause on many plans.
As relaxation began for close contact sports here in Malaysia in 2022, I finally started my BJJ journey with Coach Vince Choo at the age of 46.
