How is it that I have been promoted years ago to 5° and this site won’t accept it ? I have pictures of my diploma and both my instructors giving it to me and putting the stripe on my belt ! How much more legit can that be ? This is ridiculous To go by some organizations timeline and copy that as fact my teachers recognize me and that should be valid here too

There's no lack of respect for your dedication to the art, but we all have to follow some sort of structure for promotions. Otherwise, promotions themselves get watered down and lose their meaning.
Most of us have agreed that the IBJJF timeline is fair, or at least sensible, so that's what the vast majority of us use. There has to be a standard.
If your coaches and your students and your training partners all agree you're a 5th degree, that's all fine and well, but the community at large would have to disagree based on the timeline.
I voted for you. I find it funny that people bash IBJJF but then adhere to THEIR guidelines like their life depends on it. Clinging to some dumb "number of years" guideline instead of accepting the promotion from Joe Moreira and Roy Harris is laughable. Congrats on your promotion. :)
The automatic time-served-stripes, without having to go through re-verification, is obviously based on IBJJF. There are other organizations having other differences than the time spans, e.g. extra belts for adults and only one type of coral belt. I even think I saw one awarding 10:th degrees. Which you can actually claim on Beltchecker, but I think no one has done so yet with a completed profile open for voting. Perhaps Christian could answer if there's a time span for claiming 10:th degree or if it's only for use with manual verification.
IBJJF guidelines has become a de facto standard, even if there has been examples of early BJJ promotions by the style founders ahead of today's time standards. But none is alive today, so all modern times promotions are basically judged as less-than or equal-to-or-more-than IBJJF standards. That is not to say that IBJJF standards are carved in stone and that you wouldn't be able to add other criteria than time to the degrees on black. But it will still be a less-than on time if it's less-than on time. So IBJJF standards (minus money-grab and loyalty-grab criteria) are best viewed as commonly accepted absolute minimum standards.
Why not just wait until mid October to claim your next degree? Or write as a note under your fourth degree that according to Moreira's organization, you're recognized as a fifth degree, even if you currently only claim fourth according to the wider community standards. That's basically what you've already done by adding diploma pics for the fifth degree and no one has down voted you for it.
But, can anyone here say, that Johan's real point on his last,
Was or Is False?
Defend yourself at all times.
Our sport and art, was based off of street fights, vicious fights over surf spots, Far Right and Far Left violence, and even Secret Police disappearances.
And even Stranger Things...
Therefore, Caveat Emptor, and defend yourselves at all times.

I don't think it's unreasonable to be critical of an organization, yet recognize specific advantageous qualities that might exist.
For example, one could make a good case as to why it's unfair or unethical for someone like Jeff Bezos to hoard resources, yet recognize and admire the speed and efficiency with which they can receive a pair of fuzzy Croc boots on their doorstep for less than $20.
I also don't think anybody is claiming that bjj pioneers like Joe Moreira don't know what the hell they're doing, but rather they are advocating for standards that apply to everyone equally.

Without Amazon, many would perish during critical supply chain events, from acute events and situations to longer ones, like the Pandemic.
So, to your point, which paraphrases Aristotle's same observation...
